Not to be a downer since this band is pretty good at what they do, but do they suffer a burnout or something? Their tour lasts for 4 months straight with only a couple of days in between that to have as rest days. Oh well. These people are rich because of it so we will not rain on their parade. Last year, they did their third cruise in November not to mention completed a US symphony in December. And on March 2 this year, they released new albums that celebrated their 10th anniversary. Is that not sweet of them to make it this far?
Thunder also aired a musical show before that album release, which hyped their album up. With it getting so many airings all over Europe, it excited their fanbase and lead them to immediately buying the album. It sold millions and served to make them more famous and give them more money.
In case you do not know who these people are, a little summary of what they did. This band started back in 2007 in Dublin Ireland and became successful since then. These people have a musical director who helps them by the name of David Munro and they have a music producer named Sharon Browne.
After they aired their first ever television special back in 2008, they have been getting more and more popular. That exceptional tv special became one of the most popular shows that is a musical. Almost every year these people gained an award as Top World Music Artist in Billboard. They keep selling and selling albums and copies have been sold to millions, same with their ticket sales if the dedication to their fan base is to be believed. Their Youtube channel? That already has more than a hundred million views in total.
To be completely fair, Thunder is capable of putting up good shows and performances on stage. They do not just get that much gain without hard work and seeing them live can get you to fall for them right away. If you are into that stuff, that is.
And we talk about the number of accomplishments they have done, they are not easy to swallow either if you are a hater. If not, then you might even enjoy their completions. Seeing as they have performed almost everywhere that had relevance and are important, including at the White House.
Going back on their tour for this year, they start in Hartford on September 12 at the Bushnell Auditorium, at NYCB Theatre at Westbury the next day, Modell Performing Arts Center at the Lyric in Baltimore after that. Then it just goes on and on until December with almost no break for them.
