Using too much ink is one of the things that you should watch out for. This could be because of either using a lot of product on the commodity or even that the ink is too thinned you. If you find it is too much, then you need to use less pressure when doing a print.

Another problem could be when the ink is too little. If this is the case try using a soft base and if you are doing seams and collars a plate will be more appropriate, and it should be shielded in a neoprene textile. There are other times when the scene is congested, and in this case, you need to polish the underneath with a damp towel, and then you do a few trials just to be sure.

Make sure the client has seen the samples and approved before you get into the full printing of the final copies. Simple mistakes like misspelling a word can cost you a lot if you have to undo the whole print because of that. Prove read your work and let the client also confirm that everything is as it is supposed to be.Be careful with the art and make sure your colors are right.

The other common mistake is with the angle and mastering the right positioning of the angle will not take a day, it will require serious practice. Once you have spotted the right angle make sure you master it and become consistent. Master the right strokes to use either the pull or the push you should decide so that you do not keep on changing. You will produce uniformed work if you keep changing it.

Make sure you d not ignore the tightening of the screen because it may cause movement of the plate. Turn the screen until you are sure it is tight enough. The plate should also have strong adhesive so that the shirt does not keep moving. Otherwise, you may have poor production.

Watch out for these common mistakes when you print. However, though the task might seem to be difficult at first do not forget that practice makes perfect and with time, you will be able to do the procedure with ease.
