They will organize everything during rehearsal preparations, during and after. They ensure the whole show is run as expected. They issue instructions and expect they are followed strictly. Incase something is not working as expected; they look for solutions immediately as there is no room for mistakes. They coordinate every activity to ensure there is no confusion.

The people participating in the process have to be safe. For this reason, they lay down strategies that will ensure that happens. At times accidents will happen and they will also have emergency services on stand by. Perfection is all they look forward so that they can make the final performance a great experience.
